FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS + ADDITIONAL INFORMATION...

 

1. When is payment due?  Do you require a deposit when booking an event?

 In most cases, full payment is required on the day of the event.  Please have payment ready for the entertainer when he/she arrives.  Events booked for 2+ hours or 60 days in advance require a non-refundable deposit unless negotiated otherwise. Special consideration will be given to repeat customers. ** 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, on all weather-dependent events. 

 

2. What is your cancellation policy?

Family Fun Entertainment is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional service and value. Should the Person or Organization booking the show decide to cancel it with less than (30) days' notice to Family Fun Entertainment, that Person or Organization agrees to pay Family Fun Entertainment on-half the agreed upon fee. In the case of natural disasters such as fire, flood, blizzard or tornado, or personal issues such as severe illness, or family tragedy, we will waive or apply your cancellation fee to a future event within one year of the cancellation. **Upon booking your event with us, we will ask that you please read & accept our terms of service located on our "Contact Us" Page.  

 

3. Do the entertainers accept tips?

Gratuities are never expected but always welcomed and appreciated for excellent service.  

 

4. What forms of payment do you accept?     

We accept cash, Venmo and most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover & AMEX.  If you wish to pay by credit card, please call our office at during business hours to make a payment at least 24 hours prior to your event day.  You can also now pay with Paypal on our payments page.  

 

5. Do you offer entertainment services outside of the Delaware Valley and Tampa Bay areas?

7. Do you offer FREE services for charity events?

We would love to help (Monday through Friday) if we are able.  Call our office at 866.FAM.FUN1 for more information.

8. Do you offer discounted rates for each additional hour?
